At Key-tech we like you to have one-to-one attention. This is why we allocate to each customer a Liaison and Demand Manager who is responsible for letting you know - on a regular basis - what's happening to your order, where it is on the schedule and whether or not there are any technical issues.

This is good news for you! It ensures that you have a single point of contact, and it means you know what's happening all the time. The Liaison Manager will represent you within Key-tech assist you to achieve your product requirments.
